During her 13-year career as an Executive Recruiter, Ana mastered the drivers of professional happiness and success, interviewing hundreds of professionals and facilitating leadership hires across diverse industries.
Seeking personal and professional growth, she left the San Francisco Bay Area to explore 18 countries (residing in 5), ultimately discovering her passion for coaching.
Today, Ana is dedicated to helping others navigate life’s twists and turns, empowering them to uncover their essence, define their direction, and achieve personal and professional fulfillment.
Ana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of Oradea, Romania, and a Master’s Degree in Business Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming from Isabel I de Castilla Universidad, Spain.
When not coaching, Ana travels and volunteers for human and environmental causes, studies psychology, reads, sings, and creates with acrylic paints. Ana coaches in English, Spanish, and Romanian.
